ELAT Application Process

2025-2026 Early Literacy Assessment Tool Project Application Timeline

• October 2nd, 2024: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply/Continue for the 2025-2026 School Year Released.
• October 23rd, 2024: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply/Continue Due.
• February 19th, 2025: Anticipated ELAT Request for Applications (RFA) Release. 
• February 20th, 2025: ELAT Application Information Webinar. Register.
• April 16th, 2025: ELAT Applications Due.
  • Late or incomplete applications may not be accepted based on the number of complete applications submitted by the due date. 
• ​April 16th-May 2nd: ELAT Project applications under review for the 2025-2026 school year.

2025-2026 ELAT Application Resources
