2023 Quality Criteria and QC Rubrics:

• UIP District Quality Criteria - September 2023
  • The Quality Criteria have been created to offer guidance on creating improvement plans that incorporate state and federal accountability requirements. This document describes the responses that “Meet Expectations” for these quality criteria at the district level.
• UIP District QC Rubric - September 2023
  • This “Rubric” version of the quality criteria describes responses that meet expectations, partially meet expectations, or do not meet expectations at the district level. The CDE uses this rubric to evaluate Unified Improvement Plans (UIPs)
