  1. Understand the culture of autism
  2. Understand the importance of individualized support
  3. Understand the concept of visually based support
  4. Understand the major components of Structured Teaching: physical organization and visual boundaries, schedules, work systems, routines, and task organization

  1. Describe ‘Culture of Autism’ and why it is important to consider when developing a program for a person with autism.
  2. Briefly describe the 5 major components of Structured Teaching.
