In Modules 9-13, learners will identify different ways to assess reading comprehension and language comprehension. Instructional practices for the prevention of reading difficulties are identified. Effectiveness of interventions is discussed, with examples of interventions with modest results to high effective interventions. Learners will explore case studies of students with different learner profiles. And finally, Specific Learning Disability identification is discussed.

Modules 9 - 13 Credit

To receive a certificate for three (3) hours of recertification credit, participants must complete a brief evaluation survey and pass a ten (10) question quiz with a score of eight correct answers or higher.
