ESSA Allocations and Fiscal Files

The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001, which was the prior reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, has been replaced with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015.  The ESSA was signed into law on December 10, 2015 and most provisions become effective as of July 1, 2017.  This will effect applications for the 2017-2018 school year.
